This article is about the recent launch of what Iran describes as their first satelitte. They say they produced this satelittle partly to expand Iran's space industry. The satelittle was launched on Monday, same day as the Islamic's 30th anniversary of revolution. “The project’s experts focused on manufacturing the equipment and helping develop the potential of domestic companies to carry out such projects,” IRNA said.
The rocket was identified by the media as the 'Safir-e Omid' or the messenger of hope. And it was said to have 2 stages of liftoff. The first stage consisted of a Shahab, a standard rocket in Iran’s arsenal, topped off by a liquid-fueled second stage and and sometimes a small fueled third stage.
This a large step in Iran's nation. The children of the company have set the first satelittle into outerspace. This satelitte will gather information and test equipment and it will circle the earth 14 times of a day.
